Abstract

|
|
We reviewed mammographic and US findings in 38 patients with breast mass larger than 4 cm in diameter, and correlated with pathologic type. The pathologic diagnoses were as follows : 17 invasive ductal carcinomas, 13 phyllodes tumors, 3 giant fibroadenomas, 2 mucinous carcinomas, 1 medullary carcinoma, 1 hamartoma, 1 lipoma. According to each pathologic type, sonographic and mammographic findings were demonstrated with review of the literatures.
